Arches National Park, located in Mona and Rio Grande counties in Utah, is one of the most famous natural landscapes in the United States.

The geographic features of Arches National Park are primarily the deep canyons and rock arches that attracted many early explorers and travelers.

The park was officially established in 1929 when the area was designated as Arches National Monument. In 1971, Arches National Monument was officially upgraded to a national park and renamed Arches National Park.

Many attractions in Arches National Park are worth visiting, including:

1. The Fiery Furnace (The Narrows)

The Fiery Furnace is a crevice of red sandstone and rocks, described as "the closest place on Earth to Mars". The rocks here are of various shapes, and visitors can go on guided hikes to explore the area. Because the rocks here are of different shapes, visitors need to take a guided hike.

Visitors need to book a hiking expedition in the Slit Area at the Visitor Center or join an official hiking tour. Visitors are required to attend a 30-minute safety briefing and wear appropriate shoes and clothing before hiking in the Narrows, as the hiking trails here are relatively steep and require caution.

2. Arches Viewpoint (Arches)

This is the core attraction of the park. There are over 2,000 naturally formed rock arches in Arches View, with the largest arch reaching a height of 88 meters.

Probably the most famous of these arches is the Delicate Arch, which is considered one of the symbols of America and has appeared in many movies and commercials. The arch sites are divided into several areas, and visitors are advised to purchase a map at the visitor center to plan their visit.

One of the most famous arches is the Delicate Arch, which visitors can choose to walk or drive to. If you want to hike to Delicate Arch, it is recommended that you take the 3-mile hike, which takes about 1.5 to 2 hours and involves climbing rocks.

If you want to drive to Delicate Arch, you will need to walk about 1.5 miles from the parking lot to enjoy the scenery along the way, but you should bring enough water and sun protection.

3. Double Arch (Double Arch)

This is a site consisting of two arches, the largest of which reaches a height of 46 meters, making it one of the largest arches in the park.

Every evening, the sunset view here is spectacular and attracts many visitors. This attraction is relatively easy to reach, and visitors can drive directly to it. There is a parking lot and a walking path near the site, so visitors can walk under the arch and enjoy the spectacular view of the arch.

If you want to take beautiful photos, you can choose to climb under the arch, but you need to pay attention to safety.

4. Devil's Garden Scenic Area (Devils Garden)

This is one of the largest scenic areas in the park, with a variety of rock formations, including many small arches and rock pillars. Visitors can explore this area on foot or go on hiking trails in the surrounding area.

The hiking trails here are relatively long and require visitors to be well-prepared. It is recommended that visitors choose the 4.2-mile hike, where they can enjoy the many small arches and rock pillars along the way.

There are other hiking trails in the Devil's Garden area, so visitors can choose the right one according to their needs. It should be noted that the routes here are relatively difficult and require visitors to have some hiking experience and to pay attention to safety.

Arches National Park is a unique and beautiful place, and it is a must-visit destination for nature and adventure lovers. However, visitors are required to arrange their time and routes wisely and pay attention to safety.
