Pancake is a small dessert cooked in a frying pan with butter. It is a thin flat cake cooked with batter on a baking pan or pan. The earliest production of Pancake dates back to the 15th century.

Pancake needs three key ingredients: white flour, egg, and milk. The batter used for baking is usually very wet and soft. It is necessary to spread the frying pan on the bottom in a thin layer. Some bubbles may appear during cooking, and the place where the bubbles appear will leave some black spots on the white-hot fragrant cakes coming out of the pot. This cooking method does not involve fermentation. When eating this hot fragrant cake, you can spread some traditional desserts such as lemon juice and sugar on the top or wrap some appetizers into it as a main course.

Pancake is a dessert that Westerners like very much, but after being polished by Hong Kong people, it has become one of the classics of Hong Kong Style desserts. Hong Kong people combine pancakes and mango perfectly. Mango is sweet, cream is soft and smooth, and Western-style pancakes are added. After the creation and improvement of Hong Kong people, mango pancake has become a classic Hong Kong dessert.

Making mango pancakes requires 180g low gluten flour, 3 eggs, 3 mangoes, 120g light cream, 40g fine granulated sugar, 460g milk, 50g powdered sugar and 10g butter

Cooking Steps:

1. add powdered sugar to the egg liquid and blend it with a manual eggbeater. Pour in milk and stir well. Then sift in the low gluten flour and slowly stir it into a thin batter with a manual eggbeater. Then heat the butter to melt into liquid, pour it into the batter, and continue stirring. Finally, sift the batter first, and then put it into the refrigerator to refrigerate for a while.

2. heat the pan over low heat and ladle a spoonful of batter at the same time. Remove the pot from the fire, quickly pour in the batter, shake the pot so that the batter covers the whole bottom of the pot evenly, and then quickly pour out the excess batter. After the pancake is almost solidified, remove the pot from the fire, pick up the edge with a toothpick, and then remove the whole pancake. Put the pancake on the fresh-keeping bag to cool, and then lay a layer of fresh-keeping bag on it. Prepare to put down a pancake and use the fresh-keeping bag to separate the pancake from sticking.

3. blend the cream with sugar until it solidifies. Place the unburned side of pancake downward, add an appropriate amount of light cream, and then add mango pieces. Then take the light cream, wrap the mango pieces, and wrap the mango and cream together with the pancake. Then put the mango pancakes in the refrigerator for 1 hour, and wait for the cream to solidify, then you can enjoy it.
